CNC Routing – We specialize in CNC routing various materials, shapes and sizes. With the benefit of 4 CNC routers on our floor, we are able to run multiple jobs ranging from single prototypes to large volume projects. Our largest router can accommodate sheets as large as 80” x 121”.

Edge Finishing – We offer a variety of options for edge finishing. Our capabilities include saw cutting, routing, jointing, flame polishing and sanding & buffing .

Edge Beveling – We are able to provide seamed edges, chamfered/beveled edges, ground pencil edges, polished pencil edges

Saw Cutting – Our shop consists of two saws. We have a HendrickSaw panel saw that has a maximum capacity of 126” x 120” for ripping sheets quickly and precisely. We also have a table saw for cutting close tolerances on smaller pieces.

Solvent Welding – Our team of professionals use various solvents for chemically welding several types of materials. Acrylic and Polycarbonate are the two most common materials, but we are not limited to just those materials. ABS, PVC, Foam/Expanded PVC are other types of materials we solvent weld.

Thermoplastic Welding – We have the capabilities of both hand welding and extrusion welding Polyolefins such as Polypropylene (PP) and High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). With DVS (German Welding Society) Certification from Wegener Welding, our team stays on top of the latest welding technology.

Engraving – There are two types of engraving we are able to provide…laser Engraving up to 24” x 36” blank size or CNC router engraving up to 80” x 121”. We can engrave logos, name plates or custom designs.

Line Bending – We have several line bending heating elements for various applications. We can bend up to (4) 48” wide bends simultaneously with our strip heater rig. We also have heating elements up to 96” long for those wider bends. Materials we are able to bend include, but are not limited to, Acrylic, Polycarbonate, HDPE, Polypropylene, ABS, Kydex, Foam/Expanded PVC (Sintra/Komatex/E-PVC) and Rigid Type 1 Grade 1 PVC.

Drilling & Tapping – We have the ability to drill and tap holes in most materials available. We can also insert Helicoils or other types of threaded inserts into plastics.
